Fasting Challenge

Fast Challenge is a 24hour water-only fast.

You do not eat any food or snacks and only drink water for 24 hours.

The Challenge will  help us raise money to run FREE Events & Workshops that provide insights on how to overcome Insulin Resistance (IR) and Chronic Stress (CS).
