Water for energy and health is crucial!

This post was written to highlight that water can be enhanced with ions and electromagnetic energy to help humans overcome stress and inflammation, increase energy and increase the longevity and quality of human life – read on . . .

The founders of Be Super Ltd drink ‘super water’ that is purified, alkalized, ionised, infused with molecular hydrogen AND benefits from low frequency PEMF’s – and so can you . . .

Before you read about water for energy and health, we would like to clarify that ‘in addition to super water’, you could THRIVE on Insights on Primary Sources of Nourishment and Energy beyond food.

Ok, now you can read on . . .

The physical human body requires electromagnetic fields to provide it with energy and health. Furthermore, patents exist, to measure these EM fields and mirror them to improve and optimise human functions. (*1)

Oxygen Reactive Potential (Oxidative Stress):

Water is not only a chemical energy source for the human body it facilitates the exchange of positive and negative ions. We derive energy from the negatively charged ions and we also need to protect ourselves from harmful / toxic ion production – especially those produced as an end product of glycation (the attachment of a sugar to a protein or lipid that causes damage). We mention this because most of the water we drink has a ‘positive charge’ that depletes our energy levels rather than a negative ion charge that contributes to our energy charge – more is explained in the video below:

This video was one amongst many that enticed us to purchase an ORP (oxidative reaction potential) meter reader so we could check out the electromagnetic energy of the liquid and food that we consume.

Molecular hydrogen:

Molecular hydrogen creates ‘super water’ and provides energy to the mitochondria.

Hydrogen infused water and hydrogen inhalers allow us to benefit from the smallest molecular element.

Molecular hydrogen is so small that within 10 minutes it will have permeated every cell within your body.

This allows it to pair up with harmful free radicals and as such it is possibly the greatest antioxidant available.

As a starting point for this post please allow me to share an interview between Naomi Whittel and Dr.Shigep Ohta, PhD, from the Molecular Hydrogen Institute in Tokyo:

The following video was also one of many that highlighted how beneficial H2 (molecular hydrogen) is at overcoming ‘oxidative damage’ by simply attaching itself to the oxygen molecule and converting it to water!

Molecular hydrogen reduces stress and molecular h2 water can also be further supercharged with PEMF devices to further induce electromagnetic benefits.

Water is so important and so good for you that it is used extensively to reduce dietary excess – so it is essential that you use negatively charged water (best achived using magnesium because it also increases the ph level).

amount of water in a human body

Well over half of the body’s weight is made up of water. Doctors think about the body’s water as being restricted to various spaces, called fluid compartments. The three main compartments are fluid within cells, fluid in the space around cells and blood.

According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. To function normally, the body must keep fluid levels from varying too much in these areas.

Each day humans must consume a certain amount of water to survive. Of course, this varies according to age and gender, and also by where someone lives. Generally, an adult male needs about 3 liters (3.2 quarts) per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters (2.3 quarts) per day. All of the water a person needs does not have to come from drinking liquids, as some of this water is contained in the food we eat.

Fluid retention

Many people believe that drinking water causes fluid retention. In fact, the opposite is true. Drinking water helps the body rid itself of excess sodium, which results in less fluid retention.

The body will retain fluid if there is too little water in the cells. If the body receives enough water on a regular basis, there will be no need for it to hold onto water and this will reduce fluid retention.

Fat loss via water:

Breathing and urination are used by the body to remove water from the body. They are also used to remove fat and toxins from the body – as is sweating.

As well as fat loss, water serves a number of essential functions to keep us all going:

  • A vital nutrient to the life of every cell, acts first as a building material.
  • It regulates our internal body temperature by sweating and respiration
  • The macro and micro nutrients that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream;
  • It assists in flushing waste mainly through urination
  • acts as a shock absorber for brain, spinal cord, and fetus
  • forms saliva
  • lubricates joints

The blood electrolytes – sodium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate – help regulate nerve and muscle function and maintain acid-base balance and water balance, many suggest a more alkaline Water and food base is better for our electromagnetic body – it seems to make sense!

Electrolytes:

Potassium and Sodium:

Unless you have Addisons disease, kidney problems, type 1 diabetes or severe dehydration you are most unlikely to experience excess potassium – as the body naturally removes what you don’t use. It is quite common however, for people to suffer from too little potassium levels.

A slight decrease in the potassium level in blood usually causes no symptoms. A larger decrease can cause muscle weakness, cramping, twitches, and even paralysis and abnormal heart rhythms may develop. They may develop even when the decrease is slight if people already have a heart disorder or take the heart drug digoxin.

Sodium is an essential electrolyte that helps maintain the balance of water in and around your cells. It’s important for proper muscle and nerve function. It also helps maintain stable blood pressure levels.

Many factors can cause low blood sodium , especially – darrhea, antidepressants, diuretics (water pills and coffee etc), dehydration and heart problems –

Electrolytes, nutrition and PEMF:

Nutrition and water are a huge part of health maintenance, and absolutely critical in terms of being able to heal a wound or combat a disease process. PEMF’s cannot add anything to your body. If you have low potassium levels, you need extra potassium. If your sodium levels are too low, you need extra sodium. PEMF therapy will not give you sodium or potassium. However, PEMF therapy will help your body make the most of the sodium and potassium it has access to, restoring health more quickly and efficiently.

Good hydration and eating a nutrient-rich diet is essential to our overall health. Exercise and an active lifestyle also play an important role in keeping cells as healthy as possible. Movement of the body generates electric currents in joints, which helps to preserve the existing cartilage, tendons, and ligaments.

One of the world’s leading experts on PEMF has this to say on PEMF and Water:

Water in the human body is mostly a “soup” of electrolytes, proteins, fats, and starches. It is a catalyst in chemical changes from simple to complex, and provides the medium for the electrical conduction required for ionization of cells and cellular mobility. Since water is the medium through which all electrochemical activity in the body takes place, its ability to respond to an electromagnetic field is a major aspect of the actions of PEMFs in the body and critical in the body’s health maintenance and healing process. Research shows that magnetic fields are capable of changing the properties of any solution with charge, and so have a direct effect on the water in our bodies.

Another key benefit of water treated with PEMF is the waters reduced ‘clustering size’ –

Water does not exist as a single molecule, but resembles a cluster of grapes with about 30-40 molecules in each cluster. In magnetically activated water, clusters separate into smaller clusters of five or six molecules per cluster. This water is also more organized in structure and motion.

The size and clustering of water molecules is extraordinarily important in the ability of water to move in an out of cells. Water flux between cells is facilitated by proteins embedded in the membrane called aquaporins. These are water channel proteins. In the membrane channel, they prevent bursting of the cells due to changes of the exterior salt concentration (osmotic regulation). In humans, aquaporins regulate the flow of water in the kidney, red blood cells, the eye lens, and the brain, to name just a few. Defects in these proteins are known to be involved in a number of diseases including diabetes insipidus, congenital cataract, and impaired hearing.

Be Super Ltd apply PEMF to water at a very low frequencies (*2), as this research evidence suggests this lower frequency has the most beneficial effect with regard to supporting ‘antioxidative defense mechanisms‘. N.B. The SomaPulse PEMF Device used in this research has since been replaced with better technology (as used now by Be Super Ltd).
