VFP PROTOCOLS – SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Everyone will undertake and  experience the same protocols in the same sequence, however, everyone will have a UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE.

Some may take 3 weeks or 12 weeks to see a benefit from a particular protocol, some may take 12 months.

Some people may run 2 or all 5 protocols together and then take an initiative for us all to follow – there are no limitations to your opportunities.

The protocols are cyclical and with each NEW cycle you will learn and apply more.

VFP#1 PROTOCOL –

FIND SELF-AWARENESS (who are you & who are you not)

This is experienced through the 5 H’s or SCP’s – Scheduled Cycles of Positivity:

The first cycle will take 12 months, however, after the first 9 to 12 weeks, other Protocols can also be introduced and overlapped.

PROTOCOL 1 has 5 parts:

  1. High rejuvenation.
  2. High metabolic flexibility, energy and clarity for the brain, body, and Soul. Via LiCrON – Low Insulin Calorie Restricted Optimal Nutrition.
  3. High movement or fitness – strength, suppleness, stability, speed, stamina.
  4. High human interaction in the NOW – low procrastination and acquiescence.
  5. High HRV & high coherence.

VFP#2 PROTOCOL –

FIND CLARITY – OF SELF ACTUALISATION:

Through the 5 Perspectives of Why, Who, What, When, and Where – you will learn about Self-actualisation. You will find and learn the difference between your Ego, your Self, your Spirit, and your Soul. You will then focus on INTEGRATION and Self.

This 2nd Protocol does not commence until you are relaxed into the first one. It overlaps with the first Protocol, normally from about week 9 to 12. The first cycle will take at least 12 weeks to experience significant benefits – then whilst it is ongoing you may start VFP#3.

VFP#3 PROTOCOL –

HOW TO CREATE – Be It & Own Polarity Integration with Compassion.

Experienced through awareness of different informational energy fields (dimensions).

When the experience and benefits of VFP#1 and VFP#2 are appreciated then you can start VFP#3. At this stage you should be better prepared for deeper insights – insights explaining how to use and integrate the informational energy from the physical and non-physical dimensions. With your Self and Soul at the heart of what you do, you can use compassion to create and integrate the power of the 4th dimension to utilise the 6th, 7th and 8th dimensions – rather than being controlled or manipulated.

VFP#4 PROTOCOL –

HOW TO FLOW – Mutual and Altruistic Endeavour through Self and Team Actualisation.

Flow will become commonplace when you master self-actualisation. Flow with mutual and altruistic endeavour requires you to integrate Team Actualisation – this is what ULTIMATE FLOW is all about. At this stage you will be far removed from where you are when you started.

VFP#5 PROTOCOL –

UNIFIED FLOW – Communication & transformation

Unified communication and INTEGRATION of the non-physical and physical.

True understanding and application of 3, 6, 9. This cannot be understood and known until you have mastered VFP#4.
