The principle of the VFP Tuning approach is simple – “you focus on being what you desire”.
- You don’t analyse negatives; you do and act in a manner that inspires yourself and others.
- You fulfil your potential in your own unique way for the benefit of all; preferably in co-operation with other positive people.
- You do not have to approach life as a step by step process; or as part of a ‘horizontal journey’ – the VFP approach is to let you realise “you can go up as well as horizontal – you can just be WHERE YOU WANT TO BE in an instant”!
- As you are reading this and recognise negativity in someone you know and care about – then please use it to support them – this is part of your growing process – supporting others, not just yourself (this is a key part of this lesson).
- If your level of consciousness is ALREADY very high then you may find that very few people relate to the importance of ‘inter-planetary co-operation and growth via the raising of consciousness’ – and consequently do not focus sufficient time on the matter. The founders of Be Super Ltd have developed the “VFP PROTOCOL”; which they now use personally as part of their own lifestyle, in conjunction with their VFP Tuning Chart.
They have created The VFP Protocol and The VFP Tuning Chart as lifestyle tools that work best when combined together.
They may be used to help yourself on a personal basis (as the founders do) and they may be used to to help others (as the founders do).
They have been created for people at every level of consciousness:
How do you actually apply the protocol?
It starts from a desire to be more positive. This is followed up by the intention to change small aspects of your behaviour on a constant repetitive basis. Then with each success you move to higher and higher levels by clearing more negative energy and replacing it with positive cycles of new energy.
So what do the creators of Be Super do?
The first thing we do on waking every day (whilst still in bed) is to follow a 3 stage cycle:
intentionally generate a heartfelt positive state using quick coherence ;
this is then followed up with mental imagery for directing positive health; and finally
we use visualisations combined with structured affirmations to be what we desire.
All of the above is measured using HRV so we can learn how effective we are becoming with practice.
We use HRV measurements on a constant basis to learn more about coherence. The more we learn the more we can ‘do things and behave in new cycles of being’ (gained from measurement) – that will increasingly raise our levels of consciousness.
What does the VFP Protocol involve once you get out of bed?
“This protocol is a practical/physical cycle of being increasingly more positive and creative”.
- Your daily activity should support your physical body to function and perform at its greatest potential. When you “learn to do – by being true to your purpose” then you will naturally cause emotions and thoughts to be created ‘in cycles’ that are positive and of benefit for you as an individual and for those around you.
- Once you are doing that which has purpose for you; then learning how to create increasingly ‘higher and smoother cycles of Inner Balance / Coherence’ will consistently put you in the ‘flow zone’. The more you experience flow, the more you will discover an ease with everything in life. You will not experience any disease. Your power of natural positive purity will attract others and what you do will inspire others. People will want what you have and want to know what you do.
- Maintaining coherence will provide an example to others of how an individual should “be” – when alone or with others!
- Maintaining coherence involves you learning to physically avoid; and fully removing all unnecessary (negative) emotional and mental energy waves as they arise.
- Furthermore, it involves processing all emotions and thoughts through the physical action of ‘just being in the now’. Doing and being without having to think of why and how reflects purity of purpose.
- This can be further improved by learning to increase the frequency and time you spend socially communicating with other people on mutually creative activities for the benefit of all – whilst maximising your own unique qualities!
- All of this allows you to fully let your love for life illuminate who you are – and allow others to perceive what they may become!
